【Abstract】 Polyembryonic rice is an important material for apomixis research in rice.The experiment of germination was conductedwith three polyembryonic rice varieties with glume shell.The results shown that the rates of twin seedlings of three polyemhryonicrice varieties were generally increased with Zn²⁺ in germination.The optimum concentration of Zn²⁺ is 1×10^-5 M.at thisconcentration,the rate of twin seedlings of shuang—3 was increased from 30. 9% to 41.8%,it was also found in other vari-eties.更多还原
