【Abstract】 Ten cases of sporadic 7;14 transloca tion were detected in the G-banded chromosomes of peripheral blood from 125 individuals with various medical conditions. Seven out of the ten were patients with trophoblastic disease or their husbands with a frequency of occurrence as high as 7/47(3/30 for the patients and 4/17 for the husbands). No one was found in 22 adult males (14 healthy men and 8 with liver cancer) whose wives had had normal obstetric history. Only one case was found in 36 patients with either ovarian or other gynecologic tumors. The rest two cases of sporadic 7;14 translocation were detected in 13 normal gravidas. Both of them were rather young, and the authers suggested their future pregnancies be closely attended.更多还原
