肾血管性高血压大鼠脑血管病变
Cerebrovascular lesions in renovascular hypertensive rats
【摘要】 用狭窄 Sprague—Dawley 大白鼠肾动脉方法,复制了可靠而稳定的肾血管性高血压大鼠模型,并观察到脑动脉发生透明样变、纤维素样坏死及增生性改变,病变与血压程度及持续时间呈正相关,脑血管严重损害者有血栓及微动脉瘤形成,并在此基础上发生脑水肿、梗塞及出血。显示这种大鼠的脑血管病变特点点及发展过程与人类慢性高血压病的脑血管损害极相似。
【Abstract】 Partially clip the right or both renal arteryto form renal hypertensive rats(RHR).Undermicroscope the cerebrovascular structure of RHRwere observed.The blood pressure of thoseexperimental animal exceed 24 kpa for 3-5months.The cerebral arterioles in RHR Withsystol blood pressure of 24—26.7 kpa were onlyslight hyalinosis.Vary with time,arteriolarfibrinoid necrosis without or with differentdegree hyperplastic change were present in RHRwith a blood pressure above 26.7kPa.In severeRHR microaneurysms edema,infarction andhemorrhage were observed,The focal brainlesions as well as affected vasclar mainlydistributed in the cerebral cortex and brainstem.The cerebral vascular pathologicalfeatures of RHR closely resembles that ofhuman hypertention.It may be considered asan experimental model of chronic hypertensivecerebrovascular disease.
