猫急性局部脑缺血的生物电变化及药物影响
Electrophysiologic changes during and after transient cerebral ischemia in cats——Effects of nimodipine and hemodilution
【摘要】 本实验在经眶结扎猫一侧大脑中动脉的缺血模型上,用计算机处理的脑电功率谱指标观察脑局部缺血和再灌流期间,脑功能变化和稀释血液及给予钙通道阻断剂 nimodipine 对脑功能的影响。结果提示:nimodipine 具有在急性缺血和再通早期防止缺血脑组织电活动严重抑制的作用,稀释血液对缺血时的脑组织有轻度类似作用。稀释血液使对侧脑功能代偿和保护性增强,nimodipine 在结扎和再灌流早期有此作用。
【Abstract】 Twenty-four cats were divided into 3groups with 8 in each group.The MCA wasoccluded 15 min,and then reperfused for6hr.Quantitive EEG and the effects ofnimodipine and hemodilution were observed during and after occlusion of left middle cerebralartery(MCA).The results suggested:Nimodipine couldprotect the electroactivities of the brainischemic region from severe inhibition duringthe occlusion and early reperfusion time.Hemodilution had the same but less action duringischemia and causing contralateral hemisphereincreased compensative and protective effects.Nimodipine also had this action during occlusionand at early reperfusion time.
