【摘要】 本文观察失血性低血压兔的 PGI₂/TXA₂ 平衡的变化及软脑膜微动脉管径的改变。低血压期两组 TXA 2显著增加、PGI₂/TXA 2比值下降、微动脉管径缩小。输液治疗后,丹参组 TXA₂显著下降、PGI₂/TXA₂比值增大、微动脉管径明显改善和存活率高;平盐组 TXA₂只有轻度下降、PGI₂/TXA₂比值缩小、微动脉管径改善不明显而且存活率低。结果表明复方丹参液能改善失血性低血压兔 PGI₂/TXA₂平衡并提高其存活时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Determination of the content of prostacyclin（PGI₂）,thromboxane A₂（TXA₂）in blood and thediameter（AD）lepto meningeal arteriole,were per-formed in 17 experimental rabbits.All the animalwere divided into groups,Hemorrhagic hypotensionwere induced in those animal and then treated withSMC combined Renger’s Lactate solution（SMCgroup）and Renger’s Lactate solution alone（RLsgroup）.The content of PGI₂ and TXA₂ increasedin blood;MAP,CVP,values of PH and BE and ADreduced in hypotensive condition in both groups.Aftertreatment with SMC,the levels of TXA₂ fell ra-pidly,the ratio of PGI₂ TXA₂ raised and AD.PHand BE improved in SMC group.However,thechanges of these parameters were not statisticalsignificance in RLs group.The survival time morethan 8 or 24 hours respectively made up 100% or62.5% in SMC group;but 57% and 14.3% in RLsgroup.This difference was significanct.Aboveresults suggested that the SMC might decrease TXA₂production,improve microcirculation of brain,sothat,the survival rate more raised in rabbits treat-ed with SMC.更多还原
