【Abstract】 hematoma were reported.They were 49 males and3 females.Age ranged from 18 to 76 years:Thirty cases were more than 50 years(58%).Themean time of illness were 120 days.The hematomalocated on one-side in 46 cases.And on both sidein 6 cases.Thirty-seven cases(71.20%)had historyof trauma and they all proved by CT and angiographybefore the operation.The quantity of hematomawere 50ml in 3 cases,50-100ml in 12 cases,100mlin 37 cases.The content and it’s membrane ofhematoma were studied in cytology and pathologyin some cases.The clinical manifestaion,surgical treatmentand the pathogenesis are discussed.更多还原
