【摘要】 本文对14例颅内良性脑膜瘤的术后复发原因进行了探讨。支持手术切除级别是影响复发的重要因素的观点;认为受累硬膜明显增厚时,电灼处理可能残留肿瘤组织。肿瘤质软、包膜不完整、有脑浸润和颅骨受累时应注意避免残留。光镜下的灶性坏死,核多形性、细胞成分增多等表现可以作为肿瘤复发的预示因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The investigation of 14 recurrent benignintracranial meningiomas was carried out.Theresults showed that the probability of recurrencewas influenced by the grade of the operation.Ifthe tumor was soft in consistency,withincomplete capsule,or infiltrating to bone orbrain might leave residues tumor cells.Also,itmay be insufficient cauterization in thickeneddural mater.Histological investigations revealedthat the focal necrosis,nuclear polymorphism,and high cellularity may be regarded as thelatent factors of recurrence.The prophylaxis andmanagement of recurrence of meningiomas are discussed.更多还原
