5’-醛基腺苷衍生物的合成
SYNTHESIS ON DERIVATIVES OF ADENOSINE 5’-ALDEHYDE
【摘要】 5′-醛基腺苷分别与硫代氨基脲、羟胺或2,4-二硝基苯肼缩合得到相应的缩氨基硫脲、肟或腙的衍生物。
【Abstract】 Adenosine 5’-aldedyde was reacted with thiosemicarbazide, hy-droxyamine hydrochloride or 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine to give the correspondingthiosemicarbazone, oxime or hydrazone respectively.
