聚乙二醇双水相体系在分离纯化蛋白质中的应用
APPLICATION OF AQUEOUS TWO-PHASE SYSTEM OF POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL IN PROTEIN SEPARATION AND PURIFICATION
【摘要】 蛋白质等生物大分子在聚乙二醇双水相体系中分配系数不同,可依此而进行分离纯化。此法分离的选择性优于硫酸铵、丙酮分段等经典方法,且对蛋白质有保护作用。该法操作简便,处理量大,回收率高,正日益广泛的应用。
