比较LHRH及其类似物生物活性的新测试方法
A NEW METHOD FOR COMPARING BIOACTIVITY OF LHRH AND ITS ANALOGUES
【摘要】 首次用假孕大鼠黄体细胞悬液培养结合孕酮放免测定,建立了一种比较不同结构LHRH-A抑制黄体细胞分泌孕酮作用强弱的方法。此法操作简便、周期短。用药量少,用此法比较了LHRH和13种LHRH-A抑制孕酮分泌作用的强弱。
【Abstract】 A new method is proposed by using cultured luteal cells ofpseudopregnant rat combined with progesterone radioimmunoassay to comparethe direct inhibitory effect of LHRH and its thirteen analogues on progesteronesecretion. This method is simple, rapid and with less sample.
