自发性遗传性糖尿病BB鼠慢性肾病的实验研究——代谢控制对肾小球微血管病变的影响
CHRONIC NEPHROPATHY IN SPONTANEOUS GENETIC DIABETIC BB RAT-EFFECT OF METABOLIC CONTROL ON GLOMERULAR MICROANGIOPATHY
【摘要】 从加拿大引进纯系BB种鼠,对自发性遗传性糖尿病BB鼠模型慢性肾脏病变进行定量研究,并观察代谢控制对其的影响。与对照鼠比较,糖尿病鼠肾小球内基底膜样物质的体积分数明显增高;毛细血管基底膜明显增厚,与血糖呈明显正相关。提示糖尿病慢性肾脏病变与代谢紊乱有密切关系。
【Abstract】 The pure BB rat was introduced from Canada. The quantitative study on chronic nephropathy was done in spontaneous genetic diabetic BB rat. The effect of metabolic control on diabetic nephropathy was observed. The results showed that the volume fraction of glomerular basement membrane-like materials (BMLM) in diabetics was significantly greater than that in the controls (55.6±10.3, 43.1 ±4.6; .P<0.01). The glomerular basement membrane (GBM) thickness in diabetics was significantly greater than that in the controls (270±64nm, 186±15nm; P<0.02). An obvious positive correlation between GBM thickness and blood glucose levels was observed indiabetics.(r = 0.56,P<0.01). The results indicated that chronic diabetic nephropathy was closely related to metabolic disorder.
