【Abstract】 The fouled condensatc from black liquor evaporation ft one of main pollution source in kraft process. The free flow falling film evaporation plant has solved this problem more effectively. Some new techniques have been used such as: the low BOD design of evaporator; the separate collection of the fouled cond sate and secondary condcnsate; the stripping of fouled condensate; the burning of stripped gases and the gases form vaccum pump. After stripping, most of the pollutants arc stripped out of the foul condensatc. The stripped condensatc is cleaner than secondary condensatc and can be used in process.This paper presents the new techniques and discusses some operation problems.更多还原
