木素中酚羟基和羧基测定新方法——非水电导滴定法
Determination of phenolic Hvdroxyl and Carboxyl Groups in Lignin with Conductomctric Titration in Organic Solvent
【摘要】 为了快速有效地测定木素中酚羟基和羧基的含量,本文利用非水区分滴定弱有机酸的原理,发展了木素中酚羟基和羧基非水电导滴定法。通过对滴定介质,滴定剂及其浓度、温度、样品用量和木素结构的影响的探讨,发现较好的滴定条件是:溶剂:吡啶-丙酮(1:4v/v)混合液,或吡啶或丙酮单独使用:滴定剂:0.05~0.10mol/1 KOH-异丙醇或KOH-苯-甲醇标准溶液;温度20~30℃;样品浓度2.5mg/ml左右,在此条件下,酚羟基测定误差小于2.0%,羧基测定误差小于1.0%,模型物试验及对比经典测定方法结果表明:应用非水电导滴定法测定木素中酚羟基和羧基,是准确可行的。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the non-aqueous conductomctric titration method for weak acid was successfully used to determine the phenolic hydroxyl and carboxyl groups in lignin. The suggested titration conditions arc:Solvent: Pyridine-acetonc(1: 4 v / v) mixture of Pyridinc or acetone used individuallyTitrant: 0.05-0.10mol/1KOH-iso-propanol or KOH-benzalcohol standard solution, titration temperature: 20-30℃Sample Cone, about 2.5mg/mlThe results from this rapid method were very similar to that from typical methods and model test.
