【Abstract】 Precoat filter for lime mud is a high effective filter cpuipment on the basis of vacuum filter using prccoat technology, It has good working performance, with high dryncss of discharged lime, low residual aikali. Thus the energy consumption for lime recovery can be reduced. Jiamusi Paper Mill intruduced precoat filter for lime mud from Dorr. Oliver company, US. and have been in operation since 1984, in the last few years the operating conditions were good, and better economic benefit has been achieved.This article discribed working principle of precoat filter for lime mud, main equipment features and technologic performance, and compared precoat filter for lime mud with conventional washer operating conditions. The economic bcnfit was calculated, and existing problems and measures of solution were discussed.更多还原
