【Abstract】 The dislocation of the elbow with lateral condylar fracture of humerus is a rare injury,21 cases with this fresh injury obtained satisfactory result after closed reduc- tion.The result of 4 cases with old injury over 2 months by were poor affer open reduction and the function of the elbow was disturbed.This injury usually caused residual varus and valgus of the elbow.更多还原
