【摘要】 本文探讨了胰岛素效价的盘电泳测定和酶联免疫吸附测定,并对两种方法的测定结果进行比较。结果表明两种方法的灵敏度均较高,检出限量分别为盘电泳3μg,酶联免疫吸附测定6μu。且一次操作可同时测定数个样品。经适当处理校正后,电泳测定值与酶联免疫吸附测定值基本一致。这两种方法应用于胰岛素的分离纯化过程的活力监控取得了较满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and DISC electro-phoresis assay on insulinbioactivity were compared. The limit of identificationwas 6 μu for ELISA, and 3 μg for electrophoresis,respectively. After correction, the value of DISCelectrophoresis assay was approximately the same as that of ELISA.更多还原
