【摘要】 本文采用国产荧光偏振免疫试剂盒测定了7例健康志愿者静滴和肌注庆大霉素后的药物动力学,并同时用进口试剂盒进行了对照测定。两种试剂盒的测定结果基本一致,经统计学处理,相关系数分别为O.9923和O.9889,P值均小于O.01。测定所得血药浓度数据用MCPKP程序拟合,结果呈血管外开放二室模型,药动学参数与文献报道相近。表明该试剂可推广临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A FPIA method was used to determine thepharmacokinetics of gentamycin after iv and im in7 healthy volunteers. The kits provided by NanjingGeneral Hospital of PLA was compared with thosefrom Abbott. Statistical analysis showed that therewas no significant difference between two kinds ofkits and the coefficients (r) were 0.9923 (iv) and 0.9889(im) respectively. The data were fitted by MCPKPprogram. A two compartment open modal wasapplied to describe kinetics of gentamycin. The pharmacokinetic parameters were similar to thosereporetd.更多还原
