【Abstract】 The changes in pharmacokinetic parameters oforal aminophylline with ephedrine were observedin 5 health volunteers. The serum concentrations ofaminophylline Ka,K,Vc/F and AUC showed nodistinct differences whether is used with ephedrin.But the side-effects were increased after combineduse of aminophylline and ephedrine.
