7-溴化乙氧苯四氢巴马亭对停搏及缺血性工作心脏的作用
Effects of 7-bromethyoxybenzen-tetrahydropalmatine on the icshemic isolated working guinea PIG heart
【摘要】 本文研究了7-溴化乙氧苯四氢巴马亭(7-bromethyoxybenzen-tetrahydropalmatine,EBP)对高钾停搏及停氧、减少灌流液后复灌离体豚鼠工作心脏的作用。结果表明,高钾使工作心脏停搏45min后,用正常Tris液灌流,心脏复跳后可维持有效工作时间30min以上。停氧5min同时减少心脏灌流量至原来的10%,类似缺血状态,15min后复灌,离体豚鼠工作心脏的左室压(LVP);左室舒张末期压(LVEDP);主动脉流量(ABF);冠脉流量(CBF);主动脉压(AP);校正后的心脏总输出量(T-CO);左室压力上升速率(+dp/dtmax);左室压力最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax)均发生明显变化。EBP 30μmol/L对高钾停搏及复跳的心脏有保护作用,但对停氧及类似缺血状态15min后复灌的心脏保护作用不够理想。
【Abstract】 The effects of 7-bromethyoxybenzen-tetrahydro-palmatine(EBP)were studied specially on the highpotassium-evoked arrested heart and on the ischemicisolated working guinea pig heart. It was found thatEBP could protect the heart from the arrested andischemic damage in the isolated working guinea pigheart. The reperfusion might result in changes in theparameters of the working guinea pig heart, such asLVP, LVEDP,±dp/dtmax, ABF,CBF,T-CO after O2was stopped for 5 minutes and the inflow of Tris-solution was reduced to 10% as original for 15 minu-tes. EBP did not protect the heart from the ischemicand reperfused damage.
