【摘要】 用6种促进兰科种子萌发的真菌发酵液,分别对6种试验菌(枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、滕黄八叠球菌、根霉、立枯丝核菌、金黄色葡萄球菌)进行了抑菌试验,证明真菌的代谢产物中含有抑菌物质。通过对这些真菌不同发酵天数取样测试,结果表明,在发酵到5～8d时的发酵液,其抑菌作用最强。并还对该类真菌产生的抗生素的应用,进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of bioassay using 6 strains of seed-germination-promoting fungi against 6 strains of plantor human pathogenic bacteria proved that all the 6strains of fungi showed wider spectrum of bacteriainhibiting effects. And the antibiotic content of thefungi was at the peak value when cultivated to 8h.The possibility of using these fungi both as a promotorof seed germination of Orchidaceae and as an antibio-tic against various bacteria in the sowed soil wasdiscussed.更多还原
