【摘要】 本实验观察表明,阻断犬冠脉血流后,血小板聚集率、左室舒张末期压和左室等容舒张末期压力下降时间常数增加,左室内压最大下降速率和左室肌收缩成分舒张速度降低。缺血边缘区心肌舒张末期节段长度延长,室壁厚度、长度缩短变化百分率和室壁厚度变化百分率均减小。静脉输注阿司匹林精氨酸抑制血小板聚集功能后阻断冠脉,上述反映上室肌舒张功能的各参数变化程度均减轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of arginine aspirin on changesin whole and regional diastolic function ofthe left ventricular muscle during the earlyphase of myocardial ischemia were observ-ed in 18 anesthtized open-chest dogs. Theresults showed that platelet aggregationrates and left ventricular end diastolic pres-sure were markedly increased, -dp/dtmax,-V_ce and time constant of left ventricularisovolumic pressure fall （T） were significantlydecreased after myocardial ischemia. On theother hand, end diastolic segment length wasprolonged, percent segment shortening, enddiastolic wall thickness and percent wallthickening in the border ischemic zone wereall decreased. Changes in the above mentioned parame-ters of the left ventricular diastolic functionafter myocardial ischemia were relieved byintravenous infusion of arginine aspirin to in-hibit the function of platelet aggregation at 1 hour before coronary occlusion.更多还原
