应用13C—NMR研究大豆籽粒成熟期间糖油的变化

【摘要】 本文应用碳—13核磁共振技术监测大豆籽粒在成熟期间糖、油化学组份变化动态,从而揭示了种子在不同发育阶段能量的输运过程。连续记录谱指定峰的信噪比(S/N)曲线表明脂肪和糖在成熟中期就已形成。这种方法与经典化学方法的结果趋势是一致的。

【Abstract】 The dynamical changes of sugar and oil chemical composition of soybean seeds during mature period were monitored by using 18C-NMR to reveal the energy trasfer process of seeds in different stages. The curve of S/N indicated biochemical synthesis of fat and sugar has completed in middle mature period. The results of these methods have the same trends as that of classical chemical methods
