血清胆碱脂酶活性测定在婴幼儿病毒性肺炎的临床意义

【摘要】 对婴幼儿细菌性肺炎、腺病毒肺炎和疑诊病毒性肺炎各14例,测定其血中胆碱脂酶含量。结果表明,腺病毒性肺炎较细菌性肺炎胆碱脂酶明显降低,尤以腺病毒肺炎继发细菌感染伴微循环障碍为著,且病程较长。8/14例腺病毒肺炎伴微循环障碍者应用654-2治疗,临床症状改善,但胆碱脂酶恢复较慢。胆碱脂酶活性降低可作为腺病毒肺炎并发微循环障碍的标志,还可作为应用654-2的实验室指标。

【Abstract】 Serum butyrylcholine esterase (Buch.E) levels were determined in threegroups of samples from the patients with bacterial, adenoviral and suapaciusviral pneumonia respectively, each group consisted of fourteen patients. Theresult showed that the Buch. E levels in adenoviral pneumonia group weresignificantly lower than that of the bacterial pneumonia(P<0.01), in fourteenpatients with adenoviral pneumonia, there were eight patients whose Buch. Elevels were much lower complicated with bacterial infection and microcirculationdysfunction. After they were treated with anisodamine, the clinical symptomwas improved obviously, but the Buch. E level recovery was relatively slow.The result of our study suggests Buch. E level may be the indicator of diagno-sing adenoviral pneumonia complicated with microcirculation dysfunction andthe guide for using anisodamine.
