【摘要】 本文对27例活动期溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的血小板数量(PLT)、容积(MPV)、容积分布曲线、血小板粘附率(AdhR)、聚集率(MAR)进行了测定。与对照组比较,UC组PLT显著高于对照组;MPV及各容积分布参数显著低于对照组;AdhR、MAR均高于对照组。UC时此种继发血小板改变可能加重UC的发展,尤应警惕血栓性并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-seven cases of ulcerative colitis of active stage were studied bymeasuring the thrombocytic number (PLT), volume (MPV), volume distri-bution curve, adhesion rate (ADHR) and maxium aggregation rate (MAR).All these were compared with these of control group for volume parametercorrelation study. The results indicated: the PLT in patient group of ulcerativecolitis was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01), MPV inpatient group was significantly lower (P<0.05), ADHR and MAR were higher.These changes exacerbated the course of ulcerative colitis. Attention should bepaid for the occurance of thromboembolic complication.更多还原
