【Abstract】 Using the modified MTT colorimetric assay, we measured the activity ofinterleukin 2(H-2) of periphoral blood lymphecytes activited with phytchac-mogglutin from 57 patients with hepatitis B. The activity of IL-2 in peripheralblood lymphocytes was significantly decreased in all patients. We have comparedthe dada obtained by medified MTT method and ~3H thymidine method andconfirmed that the estimates of IL-2 content were almost same.更多还原
