【Abstract】 The multivariable analysis on the correlation between cardiac functions andmorphologies of DCM was conducted in order to provide cvidenccs forestimating the severity and the prognosis of the ratients and clarifying thepathophysiologic mcclanism of the disease. In this article, the ill duration,cardiac grades, left ventricular endodiameter. ejection fraction. peak fillingrate and time of PFR were taken as cardiac functional indexes of 24 cases ofDCM; the myocardial cell diameter, standard deviation of the diameter, interstitial square,mitochondrial density, myofibril density and sarcoplasmic reti-culum density by endomyocardial catheter biopsy as their myocardial morphologicindexes. We studied the correlation between cardiac functions and myccardialmerphologies with the computer program of canonical correlation analysis. Theresults reveal a close correlation between the two sides, and that the interstitialfibrosis and myofibril reduction are main pathologic basis of functional damageof cardiac systole and diastole of the disease.更多还原
