【Abstract】 Timosaponin A_Ⅲ in Anemarrkena asphodeioids Bge. was determined by TLC-scanning method. 15 Pieces of samples and others came from different parts of rhizome or root. It may be separated on silica gel-CMC plates with n-butylacetic acid-water （4:1: 5, V/V, upper layer solution） and visulized with 10% phosphomolybdic acid. The amount of timosaponin A_Ⅲ is 0.42%-2.76%. The aceuracy CV （%） is 2.48, and the average recovery is 96.8 （CV 1.28%）.更多还原
