【摘要】 将经冠状动脉造影确诊的劳力型心绞痛24例,分成体外反搏组与药物组（性别,年龄、病程、病情相仿）,前者系在后者基础上加上体外反搏治疗,共13例;后者单纯服用抗心绞痛药物治疗,共11例。两组所用抗心绞痛药物与剂量相同,在治疗前后均用单光子发射型计算机断层（SPECT）仪作²⁰¹铊运动心肌显象和极坐标靶心图显示。结果表明体外反搏组在改善心肌缺血与心功能方面优于药物组。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of ECP in treating patients with angina in CHD. twenty-four cases of CHD diagnosed by coronary angiography were divided into two groups: Group A being treated by medication and ECP in combination and group B by medication alone. The age, sex, course and severity oF disease were matched in these two groups, and the dosages of medication were the same. TI- 201 myocardial perfusion imaging was taken before and after treatment. The results showed that the im- provement in myocardial ischemia and cardiac function in group A is more significant than that in group B.更多还原
