【Abstract】 Tableware automatic disinfector Type ZQX-I has functions of cleaning, heating and chemical disinfction and is controlled by program to make the disinfection process automatic. When the water temperature was 60～80℃, flow pressure was 0.5～1.0 kg/cm~2 and the available chlorine content of sodium hypochlorite (produced by electrolysis of NaCl) solution was higher than 100 mg/L, the spores of Bacillus cereus smeared on the tableware reduced by more than 99.9% after 40 sec treatment in the disinfector. Good result was also obtained in field trial. Disinfection by either immersion in sodium hypochlorite solution or rinse with hot water alone could not achieve similar good result.更多还原
