电、化学刺激兔脑桥被盖网状结构对胆囊压力的影响
EFFECTS OF ELECTRICAL AND CHEMICAL STIMULATIONS OF RETICULAR FORMATION IN THE PONTINE TEGMENTUM ON GALLBLADDER PRESSURE IN RABBITS
【摘要】 在31只人工呼吸制动的家兔申,电刺激脑桥被盖网状结构一定区域(P12.5,L1.8,H—4~-6.8),观察到26只动物有胆囊压力升高。刺激14s后胆囊压力开始上升,1min达到最高值(p<0.01),停刺激0.5min后逐渐回降,2.5min恢复到对照水平。在该区微量注射L-谷氨酸钠也引起胆囊压力升高(p<0.01)。电刺激引起的胆囊压力升高效应不受静脉注射阿托品和心得安的影响,但可被酚妥拉明显著减弱(p<0.01)。结果提示,在刺激脑桥被盖网状结构引起胆囊压力升高的机制中,交感神经和α受体可能是传出途径之一。
【Abstract】 The experiments were performed in 31 fasted rabbits immobilized by gallamine triethiodide. Electrical stimulation of a certain region of reticular formation in the pontine tegmen- turn (P12.5, L1.8, H-4~-6.8) was found to increase gallbladder pressure in 26 rabbits.The gallbladder pressure began to rise at 14 s and reached the highest value (p<0.01)at 1 min. Following the cessation of stimulation, the gallbladder pressure returned to control level at 2.5 min. A microinjection of monosodium glutamate (MSG) into the same region also caused increase in gallbladder pressure significantly, while a microinjection of normal saline did not. The increase in gallbladder pressure elicited by electrical stimulation of pontine tegmentum was not altered by atropine and propranolol, but attenuated by phentolamine (p<0.01). These results indicate that the sympathetic nerve and α adrenergic receptor may be one of the efferent pathways through which stimulation of reticular formation in the pontine tegmentum increases gallbladder pressure.
