【Abstract】 This paper gives an outline of the advance in the artificial weather modification in Shandong Province. On the basis of comprehesive analysis,We Suggest that,the scientific basis of weather modification is Yeliable and the conclusion draun from the long standing statis- tical verificafion of stricfly-disigned and scientifically conducted operation and experi- ment are convincing.The weather modification and suppressing hail if applied in a scien- tific Way,can enhance the precipitation。This is a new way of solving the shortage of water resource and combating against dronght and hail disaster.更多还原
