考虑GRC的多区域电力系统负荷频率分散控制
The Decentralized Load Frequency Control for Multi-Area Power System under Generation-Rate Constraint
【摘要】 本文讨论了将突迭分解分散控制理论应用于区域性电力系统的负荷频率控制(LFC)的可行性,并提出了一种新的控制系统设计方法。该方法不仅保持了交造分解分散控制的一切优点,考虑了发电速度的限制,而且有效地改善了控制系统的动态品质。对两区域电力系统进行的LFC系统设计及仿真,结果表明本设计方法是可行的,且具有一定的优越性。
【Abstract】 Load Frequency Control (LFC) of the multi-area power system is an important measure for guaranteeing the electric energy qualities and implementing the secure and economic dispatch. This paper discusses the feasibility of applying the overlapping decomposition decentralized control (ODDC) theory to the LFC, and offers a new design method of the control system. This method keeps all the advantages of the ODDC strategies, considers the generation-rate constraint and improves dynamic qualities significantly. Practical design and simulation results for a two-area power system have shown the feasibility and superiority of the proposed method.
