【摘要】 本文报告用升高血压的方法观察二尖瓣返流患者彩色多普勒血流图上左房内返流血流信号范围的变化。血压升高后,最大返流宽度从11±5mm增宽到17±5mm,最大返流长度从21±10mm增长到2g±9mm,最大返流面积从2.5±1.7cm~2增加到4.5±2.6cm~2。因此,用彩色多普勒血流图上返流范围估计二尖瓣返流程度时必须考虑血压的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effects of acute elevation of blood pressure on mitral regurgitant jet extent on color Doppler in patients with mitral rcgurgitation, 13 patients with mitral regurgitation (5 male, 8 female, aged 18 to 48 years with a mean age 28) were studied by color Doppler (Aloka SSD-870) with a transmit frequency of 3.5MHz. 3 to 10 mg phenylephrine was injected intramuscularly to increase the systolic blood pressure, and 0.3 to 0.5mg atropine was followed to counteract the decrease in heart rate. The largest regurgitant width was 11 ± 5 mm before blood pressure elevation and significantly increased to 17 ± 5mm after blood pressure elevation. The largest regurgitant jet length obtained at pre-and post-elevation significantly lengthened from 21±10mm to 29 ± 9 mm. The largest regurgitant area obtained at post-elevation (4.5 ± 2.6cm2 )was significantly larger than that obtained at pre-elevation (2.5± 1.7cm2). These data have important implication regarding the use of color Doppler to assess the severity of mitral regurgitation between serial examinations.更多还原
