【摘要】 本研究证实多普勒超声心动图左心室收缩期参数(PFV,尤其是PFV×A)和舒张期参数(E)与核素心血池造影相应时相参数(收缩期EF、PER和舒张期PFR)的密切相关性以及定量分析冠心病心肌梗塞左心室收缩期、舒张期功能异常的一致作用。并且提示舒张期参数E甄别心肌梗塞左心室功能异常可能较收缩期参数PFV、PFV×A更有价值。虽然多普勒超声心动图参数A~2-E与核素心血池造影参数TPFR相关性最好,但它们定量分析冠心病心肌梗塞左心室舒张期功能异常的作用尚待证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study demonstrates that left ventricular systolic (PFV, especially PFV × A) and diastolic (E) variables evaluated easily and noninvasively with Ooppler ecnocardiography as compared favorably with radionuclide angiographic left ventricular systolic (EF, PER) and diastolic (PFR) variables in assessment of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function. These Doppler echocardioffraphic variables appear to be useful and reliable in the quantitative estimate of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function and in distinguishing left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of the patients with myocardial infarction from that of normal subjects. Although Doppler echocardiographic A2 - E and radionuclide angiographic TPFR showed an excellent correlation, their usefulness in distinguishing left ventricular diastolic function of the patients with myocardial infarction from that of normal subjects remains to be investigated.更多还原
