红豆草耐盐性研究

【摘要】 利用附加不同浓度氯化钠的培养基对红豆草种子发芽、实生苗生长及由胚根、胚轴、子叶产生的愈伤组织及其再生枝进行培养的方法,对红豆草耐氯化纳的研究表明,含氯化钠0.5%时对种子萌发已有影响,但程度不大;含氯化钠低于1%时对幼苗生长发育虽有影响但基本正常;含氯化钠2.0%时仍发现两株生长发育正常的幼苗。愈伤组织在含0.5%氯化钠条件下易受伤害,而对再生枝的生长发育却有促进作用。

【Abstract】 Through prepairing the media containing different concentration of NaCl for seed germinating, plantlet growing callus inducing and plantlet regenerating from radicle, plumular axis and cotyledem of sainfoin, and observing the NaCl-resistance of sainfoin on the media, the result was that seed germinationg of sainfoim was slightly affected on the medium containing 0.5% NaCl and seedling growing was affected, but it grew well on the whole when the concentration of NaCl in the medium was below 1.0%, and that when the medium was contained 2. 0% NaCl, there were still two planlets developed well, and that the callus was injured, but the growth and development of the regenerated shoots was promoted of the medium containing 0. 5%NaCl.
