【Abstract】 This paper reports the process of getting the first regenerated seedling from anther callus of Hedysalum fruticosum and the course of obtaining the green cell colone, and expounds the main problems and difficulties in anther culture of Hedysalum fruticosum. It also anaysis the probable causes which leds the callus to die or to differentiate hardly. Meanwhile it gives out several aspects which should be paid more attention to anther culture of Hedysalum fruticosum.更多还原
