氧化物单晶晶纤的生长规律
The growth regulation of the oxide single crystal fibers
【摘要】 用LHPG法可以生长出优质单晶纤维,其条件是:(1)熔区长度调整到1_c=K(D+d),其中K在0.55~0.75间,其值与晶体表面能有关;(2)在V_f=(D/d),V_s条件下,选择合适的V_f可以使△d/d极小。(3)源棒均匀,即△D=0。式中D、d别为源棒和晶纤直径,V_f和V_s分别为提拉晶纤和输送源棒速率。文中用晶体生长理论讨论了上述规律。
【Abstract】 The high quality single crystal fibers can be grown, if (1)the molten zone length 1 is adjusted to satisfy the relation of l = K(D + d), (2) the suitable pulling rate vf which reduced the Δd/d to a minimum is selected and (3) the source rod is uniform, i’e. ΔD→O. Here K depends on the crystal surface tension and is ranging between 0.55 and 0.75 for typical oxide fibers. D and d are the diameter of source rod and growing fiber respectively.
