From point of views of circuits, the circuit representations for Controll-abitity and observablity of systems are discussed in this Paper.The new method simulating state equations by active RC networks is recommended. All high-order state equations can be realized by this method. The method is simple and illustrative and least capacitors are used.Finally it is proved that the theory is correct by experiments.
