球轴承滚动摩擦副磨损状态的监测试验研究
Monitoring Test of the Wear Conditions of Ball Bearing Rolling Friction Pairs
【摘要】 本文以滚动轴承为对象,用铁谱分析技术研究点接触滚动摩擦副的磨损状态。作者对平面磨、镜面磨、工具磨、抛光、超精研1,超精研2六种不同加工试件进行了对比试验。结果表明:滚动磨损在“磨合”期产生片状、切削状颗粒,并有粘着磨损和表面划伤的象迹。所用的六种加H试件中,超精研2试件的磨损特性最佳。
【Abstract】 In this paper, based on rolling bearing, a study of the wear conditions of poiont - contact rolling friction pairs by using f errographical analysis technique was conducted. Comparative tests of six different types of surface finish machining, namely, reciprocating plane qrinding, mirrorfinish grinding rotary grinding, polishing, superf inishing( 1 ) and superf inishing( 2 ) were made. It was revealed that laminar particles and cutting wear particles were generated, signs of adhesive wear and sarface scratches were shown in run-ning-in period of rolling wear. Superfinishing( 2 ) has the best wear characterization among six different test pieces.
