丁草胺在水稻田植株-水体-表土系统的迁移、降解规律
Movement and Degradation Rules of Herbicibe Butacblor in Plant-Water-Soil System of Paddy Field
【摘要】 基于丁草胺残留量的GC-ECD分析方法,采用田间消解动态试验实测数据,借助经推广的药物动力学室分析模型,研究了丁草胺在水稻田植株-水体-表土系统中的迁移、降解规律,为其在水稻田的安全使用提供了科学依据。 经推广的三室模型,所解结果表明:各室模型的计算值与大田实测值基本一致。本文也为有机物在类似系统环境行为的研究提供了新的方法。
【Abstract】 According to field tests, the movement and degradation of herbicide Butachlor in paddy fields system were studied through a compartment model. In the plantstem, the half-lifes of powder agent and emulsion agent were about 5.3h. and 5.1h., respectively. The movement and degradation of the residues in the plant were much faster then in the water, and those in the water were faster than in the soil. The desorption into the water. As regards the adsorption in the plant and solubility in the water, the emulsion agent was better than powder agent. Powder agent was eassier to precipitate on the soil.
