甘肃鼠疫菌生化型、分布及其流行病学特征
Typing,distribution and epidemiological characteristics of Yersinia pestis isolated in Gansu province
【摘要】 本文分析了甘肃省近30年来从各鼠疫疫源地分离的827株鼠疫菌对甘油、鼠李糖、麦芽糖、阿胶糖、蜜二糖的酵解及脱氮作用的差异,将该省鼠疫菌分为4个生化性状各异的菌型。每个型都有特定的分布区域。喜马拉雅旱獭菌株中蜜二糖发酵者为首次发现,将其划为一个独立的鼠疫菌生化型是必要的,并相应确立该型分布区域为相对独立的鼠疫自然疫源地。作者建议以该型菌分布区阿尔金山命名为阿尔金喜马拉雅旱獭型较为适宜。
【Abstract】 The paper discussed the differences of fermentation of glycerin,rhamnose,maltose,melibinose,arabinose and nitrate reduction of 827 strains of Yersiniapestis isolated from foci in Gansu province nearly 30 years.It was proposedthat these strains should be typed 4 biochemic-types.Each type have its owndistributing area.Fermentation of melibinose was observed firstly in strains ofY.pestis from Marmota himalayana.It is necessary to identify these strains asa new type and to determine the area where these strains occupy as a relativelyindependent focus of plague.The authors suggest that this type should be nomi-nated Arjing type of Y.pestis by Arjing Mountain where strains of the typedistribute.
