【Abstract】 This experiment demonstrated that under the influence of estradiol benzoate,the electrical parameters of cultured rat heart cells including APA,OS,MDP,Vmax and APD₅₀ decreased simultaneously and consistently,and the electricalparameters varied apparently in a dose-dependant way.The above results indicated the myocardiol damage action of estrogenic horm-ones,and this might be one of the reasons why the incidence of keshan disease ofwomen is higher then that of men.更多还原
