【Abstract】 After study and dynamic observation on ultrastructure of carlilage from the patients with Kashin-Beck disease by electron microscope and tracer experimentwith heavy metal lanthanum,we observed the effect of thallium toxication onchondrocytes by chondrocyte culture and animal experiment,and compared withthe ultrastructure of Kashin-Beck disease.We consider that potential toxicfacttor may be the priority to cause the chondronecrosis of Kashin-Beck disease.更多还原
