花椒粗提物对实验性血栓形成及凝血系统的影响
Effect of Crude Extract of Peppertree Pricklyash(Zanthoxylum schinifolium) on Experimental Thrombus Formation and Coagulation System
【摘要】 采用电刺激动脉血管壁所致实验性体内血栓形成,并同步测定其对凝血功能的影响。结果表明:花椒水提物和醚提物均对大鼠血栓形成有明显抑制作用,且花椒水捉物能明显延长血浆凝血酶原、白陶土部分凝血活酶时间,花淑水提物强于花椒醚提物,提示花椒有预防血栓形成作用,具有一定的抗凝作用,其作用机理可能与血小板功能,血管内皮细胞抗凝成分有关。
【Abstract】 Experimental thrombus formation and coagulation tests were performed in rats to evaluate the effects of zanthoxylum schinifolium. Heparin was used as the positive control. The results indicated that both water and ether extracts have significant inhibitory effects on thrombus formation. Aqueous extracts markedly prolonged plasma prothrombin time and kaolinpartial thromboplastin time. These results suggest that z. schinifolium has an inhibitory action against thrombosis and blood coagulation.
