【Abstract】 A simple, sensitive method for the HPLC determination of Aristolochic acid A has been established, and the plant samples obtained from different localities were determinated. The optimum HPLC conditions were as follows: column: YWG-C18.10μm; mobile phase: Methanol-Water-Acetic acid (70:29:1); flow rate: 1 ml/min; detection wavelength 315nm. The recovery was above 97%.更多还原
