水烛香蒲花粉中的活性成分
On the Active Principles of the Pollen of Narrowleaf Cattail (Typha angustifolla)
【摘要】 从水烛香蒲(Typha angustifolia L.)的花粉中分得12种化合物,根据理化常数,波谱分析及化学方法鉴定为β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(Ⅰ)、棕榈酸(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇葡萄糖甙(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、异鼠李素(Ⅴ)、山奈素(Ⅵ)、槲皮素(Ⅶ)、柚皮素(Ⅷ)、异鼠李素-3-O-α-鼠李糖基-α-鼠李糖基-β-葡萄糖甙(Ⅸ)、异鼠李素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖甙(Ⅹ)、山奈素-3-O-α-鼠李糖基-β-葡萄糖甙(Ⅺ)、槲皮素-3-O-α-鼠李糖基-β-葡萄糖甙(Ⅶ)。经过生物测定,(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)、(Ⅹ)、(Ⅻ)4种成分可分别作用于与动脉粥样硬化发病密切相关的多种环节。从而较全面的阐明了蒲黄降低高血脂的活性成分。
【Abstract】 Twelve compounds were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the pollen of Typha angustifolia l. (Typhaceae). They were identified as β-Sitosterol palmitate(Ⅰ), Palm(?)tic acid(Ⅱ), β-Sitosterol glucos(?)de(Ⅲ).β-Sitosterol(Ⅳ), Isorhamnetin(Ⅴ), Kaempferol(Ⅵ), Quercetin(Ⅶ), Naringetin(Ⅷ),Isorhamnetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-rhamnosyl-β-glucoside(Ⅸ), Isorhamnetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucoside(Ⅹ), Kaempferol-3-O-α-rhamnosyl-β-glucoside(Ⅺ), Quercetin-3-O-rhamnosyl-β-glucoside(Ⅻ)by Spectral and Chemical methods. The above compounds were tested for their biological activities.
