失血性休克犬的垂体—甲状腺轴功能的研究

【摘要】 本文观察了失血性休克犬的垂体—甲状腺轴的功能状态,发现休克犬的血清T4、T3较休克前降低,rT3升高,而TSH变化不大。休克犬经多巴胺(DA)治疗后,其血清T4、T3低下更为明显,TSH亦较休克前明显降低(P<0.001),rT3变化不大。本结果说明①休克犬可出现低T3、T4综合征,但垂体功能正常;②休克犬用DA治疗后可出现继发性垂体甲状腺功能减退,故DA可影响垂体—甲状腺轴的功能。本研究尚证明DA在体外并不影响血清T4、T3和TSH浓度,且DA不易通过血脑屏障,所以,提示DA可能是直接作用于腺垂体影响TSH的合成或分泌。

【Abstract】 The pituitary-thyroid axis in dogs of hemorrhagic shock was studied by determination of serum T4, T3, rT3 and TSH. Comparing with pre-shock condition, in shock dogs without dopamine (DA) treatment, serum T, and T3 were decreased, rT3 incre ascc and TSH unchanged. But in shock dogs treated by DA, serum T4 and T3 were much lower than those in shock dogs without DA and serum TSH was significantly lower (P<0.001) comparing with pre-shock condition. These results indicate: 1, lower T3, T, syndrome is happened in shock dogs, 2, shock dogs treated by DA can resulted in secondary hypothyroidism and DA can affect the state of pituitary-thyroid axis. It has been found that DA had no effect on the concentrations of serum T4, T3 and TSH in vitro. This suggestes that DA directly affects synthesis and secretion of TSH.
