【摘要】 <正> 一、引言采用自生靶是提高中子管性能的首要措施,而自生靶的材料选择和工艺处理方法对其性能有很大影响。菲利普等公司用蒸发到银基片的钛膜作为自生靶材料;我们对氚-钛靶和钛膜自生靶也做过一些实验。但这种钛膜靶会因溅射损失而影响寿命。我们在实验中还发现,当工作束流较大,靶温升高时,钛层中的气体会迅速逸出,使管内气压难更多还原

【Abstract】 Self-producing targets made of different materials are studied for use in cera-mic neutron tubes, and their properties are compared. The target of Al₂O₃ has alot of advantages such as good thermal stability and ability to support biggercurrent which gives higher neutron density.
