【Abstract】 The sorghum callus culture were irradiated by N₂ and He-Ne laser.From theobserving of the callus differentiation rate,we found that the two lasers promoted different thecallus into seedlings.There are differences of the differentiation rate of the callus with the dif-ferent varieties of the sorghum and different irradiator.更多还原
