【Abstract】 By means of laser speckle statistics,the authors investigatethe elementary principle of electronic shear speckle pattern interferometry(ESSPI).The relation between the ESSPI fringe patterns and the deformationsof objects under test is derived theoretically,from which it is shown that thefringe patterns are insensitive to the enviromental mechanical disturbances.更多还原
